1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 935 platform ("Platform"), you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all Platform users, including visitors, registered users, and all parties interacting with 935's services. Continued use after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updates.
The 935 platform is intended for individuals 18 years and above only. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age as required under applicable local laws.
2. Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 935 platform. Multiple account registrations are forbidden and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 935 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
User Eligibility
The 935 platform is intended for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws. 935 reserves the right to reject or terminate accounts not meeting eligibility criteria without prior notice.
Identity Verification
935 may request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with customer identification policies. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 935 platform user, you agree to comply with all established rules and guidelines. The Platform is for personal and entertainment use only. Any attempts to abuse the system, manipulate game results, or exploit technical bugs are strictly prohibited.
You are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery, or illegal activity
- Sharing, selling or transferring accounts to others
- Disrupting Platform operations or other users’ experience
- Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and/or appropriate legal action.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the 935 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits are processed via available payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, DuitNow QR, and Internet Banking. Funds are typically credited to accounts within minutes after transaction confirmation.
Transaction Terms You Need to Know
- Users are responsible for ensuring their payment account information is accurate and belongs to them.
- 935 reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
- Transactions suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
- 935 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but bank or third-party e-wallet charges may apply.
- Any disputes related to transactions must be reported within 30 days from the transaction date.
935 is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party system failures, including banks or digital wallet providers, that affect transaction processing.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 935 platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 935 makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform. To the extent allowed by law, 935 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses caused by service disruptions, game outcomes, or unauthorized access to user accounts due to user negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 935 platform—including logos, designs, text, images, software, and interface elements—is the exclusive property of 935 or our licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content without prior written permission from 935.
Third-Party Links
If the Platform contains links to third-party websites or services, these are provided for convenience only. 935 does not control and is not responsible for content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws
Account Suspension & Closure
935 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, account inactivity beyond the specified period, or upon request by authorized authorities. In cases of closure due to violations, related account balances may be withheld pending investigation.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may request this via support email. 935 will process requests within a reasonable time, and any eligible balance will be refunded upon verification.
Changes to These Terms
935 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
